This Beatnik style turtleneck is in great shape. Unfortunately the tags have been removed. My best guess is the fabric is nylon and cotton. The tone on tone color is off white. It looks like you are wearing a turtleneck Under a v neck argyle sweater but it is all one piece.

I believe this is a men’s shirt but feel like a woman can wear this with no problem. Very fun vintage find!
