Near MINT Condition - This Dress Gown is qualified as Near MINT Condition. There is one teeny spot of wear near the bottom on the back left close to the hem and the side seam (see the 8th photograph). This is hard to see unless you are examining it. It is Ready to Wear Out or to Entertain at Home!
