Fair condition with flaws. It is still wearable but may be better suited for a costume or study. This otherwise fabulous piece is a “wounded bird”. It has significant flaking/ cracking of vinyl at back neck/ collar and less so but also present along entire trim. Also, a couple of breaks/ frays in the fabric which are not very noticeable due to print. Needs cleaning especially of lining. Please review closely photos of flaws.
