Vintage 1960s dress. Black with a tiger and green leaves print. Square v-neckline. Short flutter sleeves. A-line, muumuu, style. Matching fabric tie belt and belt loops. Back Talon zipper closure. No pockets. No material tag but it's a typical polyester for the era.
