Groovy early 70s polka dot stretch knit blouse by Sears Jr Bazaar. Fabric is probably polyester (no tag) with white polka dots on a warm red (between red and orange) background. Shirt has bust darts and set in long sleeves. Sleeves are wrist length, (check measurements). I show them pushed up to 3/4 length in some photos. The slit neck has grommets and a self fabric cord that laces up. Long 70s butterfly collar. There are a few securely done repair stitches done to holes caused by pulls in the under arm area (see top left of last photo). Also the right arm has some slightly faded areas (see right side of last photo). Hard to see, but I wanted to call it out. Looks great with vintage high waist jeans!
