Pegasus Leathers
60’s 70’s Deerskin Leather Vest Chocolate Brown Staghorn Buttons

This piece is to DIE FOR! Seriously...there is something magical about it.

I don't know if it's how soft and thick the leather feels, the gorgeous deep, rich, chocolate, tobacco brown color, the real stag horn buttons, or just the fact it was made by 'Pegasus' in Sausalito Ca during one of the most creative time periods, in one of the hippest and MAGICAL places to be.

'Pegasus' which became Pegasus Leathers in the 80's is still in business to this day, after making quality leather products for over 55 years. Leather designer, Clifford Rollins, who is famous for his FAR OUT boho hippie designs had a studio there as well.

This vest really embodies that 60's, 70s Rock Star vibe! Probably because so many of them from that time shopped there. Highly collectible!

Back then Marin County was the Mecca of Musicians from that era. The Grateful Dead, Janis Joplin, Jefferson Airplane, and the list goes on...

A quintessential piece and a perfect staple to the Vintage 60s / 70s Rockstar wardrobe!

The color is a deep, rich, chocolate, tobacco brown

The deerskin is SO buttery soft and thick

3 front pockets

So well made!

The vest opens from the left so technically it was designed for a man but I am listing this as Unisex because this would look great on ANYONE
