Vintage 1960's 1970's super funky psychedelic double knit maxi dress with elastic neckline (off shoulder?) and puffy sleeves. Empire waist (elastic with non functional tie) with pleating at the bust. Puffy short sleeves with elastic cuffs. Wild and colorful print - butterflies? Excellent hippie and boho aesthetic - fun for that retro party or just to stand out from the crowd
