Vintage 60s 70s short sleeve textured navy blouse with unique front triangle bib collar that has a back metal zipper. Preppy mod style with fitted darting in front that come down to two notches at the bottom. No tags. Fabric feels like a stretchy ribbed polyester. Fits like a small or medium, shown on small. Has some small holes, primarily in the back. Most are very small and not visible without close inspection, on larger near back of right arm (pic). Some stitching is loose in same arm seam. Versatile and unique top.
