This is vintage opaque white glass with a marcasite effect (but no marcasites). From an old jewelry factory, it was destined for a tie bar or tie clip but didn't make it until recently. Two crescent moon rhinestones added, (30s/40s, also unused from old jewelry factory). This was tough to get good photos of, so look at all of them, because there are a lot of angles up there!
