Designed by Arle Fashions-New York and sold at Saks Fifth Avenue, this is a rare heavy wool felt, circle skirt, vintage 1950s. Black velvet ribbon is appliqued at the hemline and the midi-length skirt has side seam pockets. There are a handful of areas where the top layer of felt has been compromised (see photos). The waist is 25 inches. The length is 26 inches.
