Super cute flirty 1950’s 3-tiered cotton western circle skirt by Rockmount Ranchwear @rockmountrw , zipper and 2-button closure. There is elastic sewn on one side into waist with not much give. I want to say it’s not original to the skirt, but I’ve seen mentioning of these elastic waistbands before on other RR skirts like this.
