50s Massive Sterling Navajo Sand Cast Crysocolla Cuff$548.00
In the Native American culture the figure 8 is a symbol of hope and guidance. A large oval piece of Chrysocolla is surrounded with hand formed figure 8’s in this stunning cuff. Chrysocolla is known to be a transformative stone that brings strength. The base of the bracelet has been sand cast which is a jewelry technique created by the Navajo people in the 1800s. This beautiful Native American statement bracelet is perfect to wear during a period of growth and change.
This piece dates to the 1950s/1960s or possibly earlier. It is not signed as it was most likely made for a personal collection. It has been tested twice and is solid sterling with a Chrysocolla center.
