1950's vintage blue cotton dress by Alfred Leon. Handmade in the Philippines. Pretty blue cotton chambray dress with a white peter pan collar trimmed in white lace. Small puffed sleeves trimmed in white cotton. Petite buttons down the front with a scalloped and lace trimmed button placket. White embroidered flowers across the bodice. Full skirt. White stitching at the hem.
