Black Eyelet Lace Chiffon Cocktail Party Dress.
Fit flare full skirt

Gorgeous 1950s cocktail dress features a fitted bodice with cap sleeves and a scoop neckline. The bodice is covered in a pretty floral cotton lace. Cut into a V in back.

Back metal zipper.

Bodice ends with a gathered skirt of flowing chiffon. Cut in a full circle and lined.

There are no belt loops so I don't know if it had any kind of waist accent. I think the pop of color is fitting and dresses it up a bit.
