Charming black velvet topper cocktail hat from the 1950s. Birdcage veil. Simple and classic. Almost a half shell shape and there is a wire in the brim so you can shape it . There is no designer label. Measures about 23" round the inside but as its meant to sort of perch on the head its pretty much one size fits most.Excellent vintage condition. The only thing to note are small holes in the veil and the lining inside is a bit bent. Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items.
