Item description: 1950s little girls or adult women XS crinoline prom dress. Sweetheart neckline with thin white sequin covered straps. Built in boning on the bodice and ruched organdy on the waist. Very full double layered crinoline skirt with taffeta lining. Hidden side zipper. Dress is in excellent vintage condition.
