This 1950s feather hat is striking, with three different colors of lustrous rooster tail feathers swirled around a dome-shaped form. The form is made of a stiffened lace net in black. Maker is Mr. Rickie Original. Very good condition. It measures 22" in circumference and stands 4. 5" tall.
