It's not "hot pink". It's fuchsia. Not cerise, which is more purple-y. From '89 at oldest and '95 at newest. It has straps but you can cut them off (tucked in on model) for an off-shoulder look that stays put, because the bodice is boned. The sleeves stand out from the shoulders, retro portrait style (think "50s high school yearbook"). Fit and BIG flare, shows off a tiny waist. Four rhinestone buttons at one side. Bodice is ruched, just like the ones in so many 50s prom dresses. Polyester organza, lined in taffeta. It's a great repro, with no maker label. Shown with crinoline on model, without on mannequin. No flaws.
