If I could fit into this dress, I would keep it!
First, beacuse I love taffeta, and taffeta dresses seem harder and harder to find. Second, the cut is so flattering, and third, the floral pattern is so artistic, ( spills won't show! ) and fourth the colors go with my red hair, and fifth, Julie Miller is a highly collectable designer...but alas, I am a medium, and this dress is a small. : (

Additionally, the bottom of the dress is gathered and sewn into its exact duplicate lining....so when properly pressed, it will balloon into a puff at the bottom. Skirt has SO much fabric!!!!
See close up for color, pattern, and gathering. The bodice is also fully lined in the same fabric. there are bone stays on each side of the bodice that run from the top of the bodice to the waist. There are belt loops, but no belt. A metal zipper runs down the back, and there is a working hook at the top. The staps can be shortened or lengthened, as there is extra length available. Great dress to dance in!...at a wedding? resort? you will definately get a lot of use out of this superb gown.
