The short cape is made of soft and fluffy acrylic yarn, knit in several different textures, with vertical stripes at the shoulders and an openwork design around the curved hem. It fastens with a button and loop closure at the round neckline (one button is functional and one is decorative). It falls to just above waist length, and is lightweight enough for wearing on a warm spring day or summer evening. This true vintage, 1950s white knit capelet is in excellent condition.
