Cute little 1950s cocktail hat. SIZE 18. 5 inches, made to sit on top of head. Made of finely woven glazed hat straw. Black velvet ribbon accents on sides, bow under front brim. Velvet covered V shaped wires at sides to keep it on your head. Fabric tag inside reads Montaldo's, a high-end department store back in the day. In good pre-owned condition.
