This silvery-gold metal necklace is composed of many open heart shaped links making this choker lay well around your neck. Each heart measures 5/8 inches each. The plating is a shiney silvery-gold color. It is a small choker size at 15.5 inches. The fold over box clasp is original to the necklace. This metal necklace is circa 1950 and made by a high end costume jewelry maker of the time. The first half of the 20th century was the heyday for well made costume jewelry sold from fine department stores to Woolworth, usually made in Europe or the United States.
