1950's dress by Polly Flinders. Hand smocked and labeled size 18 months. Sheer sunshine yellow nylon. Sheer white lace trimmed peter pan collar with embroidered rose buds. Yellow and white smocking across the front bodice. Small puffed sleeves. Empire waist with a very voluminous skirt. Two teeny mother of pearl buttons at the back of the neck. No lining or slip included.
