Incredible red 1950's petticoat with quilted tiered skirt. Layers upon layers of stiff tulle help create the perfect 50's silhouette. Acetate lining keeps the stiff tulle away from your skin. Little red roses and red lace decorate the bottom of the petticoat hem. Metal snaps at the side waist.
