Vintage 1950’s skirt suit – cropped jacket and high waist skirt. This beautiful little two piece is made of very lightweight wool in a traditional bold red and green plaid. Picture Clueless but in the 1950’s – and viola! You have this skirt suit. Cropped double breasted jacket is lined. High waist pleated skirt has a lined waistband, rest of skirt is unlined, back zipper closure.

The shape of both the skirt and the jacket are classic 1950’s and the tailoring is excellent. Most likely homemade, but they knew what they were doing! No tags in garment. In incredible vintage condition! No flaws to note.
