A 1950 early 60s vintage light weight tan and red plaid wool boxy suit jacket in a large plus size with full length sleeves.
Bust 44. A few minor flaws, see below.

This lightweight soft wool suit jacket was home sewn by a talented seamstress in the era.
It is soft tan, red and black plaid with a very boxy shape, full length sleeves and covered buttons. Fake flap pockets accent the hip area and a small notched collar keeps it casual yet business like.

It is thoroughly lined in a satin fabric.

The best part is the rare plus size.

Body Length - 22.5 inches
Sleeve Length - 22 inches from the shoulder seam.

It is very good structural condition, but it has very faint underarm marks under the left arm lining. The edge of the sleeve hem linings also have some slight soiling marks. I have not had it dry cleaned and it is priced accordingly.

Still a very wearable and attractive large size jacket blazer.
