This is an absolutely stunning dress for my curvy girls! From the 50's. Made of a gorgeous gold metallic brocade. This dress has the look of two pieces but they are attached. The top of the dress hangs away from the body looking like a little jacke. Under the dress is a acetate lining on the bodice going into the same brocade pencil skirt. The back of the top has four covered buttons. Beneath that is a metal zipper on the body of the dress. Around the waist is a deeper gold satin ribbon with a on at the front of the waist. There is a small faint stain next to the bow on the ribbon. I haven't tried to remove it. The ribbon can easily be replaced if needed. The dress itself is in perfect condition. The dress is for a larger woman. Please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
