It is a great example of a large format mid-century cocktail cuff bracelet. It measures 7.5 inches which is an average size for a woman's wrist. Each 1.75 x 1.5 inch cast link is hinged to the next. The .75 inch, metallic, magenta pink round middle pieces are held in the component by gold tone textured plates. The wavey surfaced cabochons are made from a thermoset plastic. The color of the metal is an antiqued gold which highlights the abstract detail. It closes with its original, detailed fold over box clasp and still functions well. Since the links are thick, it has a nice weight to it.

This style of accessory was usually worn at fancy cocktail parties, which were very popular at the time. Sometimes, these over the top pieces were known as, "cocktail " jewelry. There are no makers marks.
