Good Condition - overall in good shape for its age and nothing noticeable but will show some general signs of wear from basic use. Elastic has been gently tested and seems ok; definitely not like it was when new, but has some give to it and is not falling apart. 

Measurements, approx when laying flat:

Sleeve Length (shoulder to elastic band, excluding and fabric overlap): 14”

Length (approx last button on collar to hem): 37”

Overall it’s so free flowing and forgiving it’s hard if not impossible to measure further.
