This divine 50s party dress is made by designer Peggy Hunt in stunning nude tulle. The dress is a simple full circle skirted dress that is two layers of tulle with a dark, more rusted color taffeta. The taffeta makes such a wonderful swish sound as you move! The bodice of the dress is the real show stopper part of this dress. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline that is completely covered in wonderful shiny silver sequins and large rhinestones that are in flower motifs on the dress with some hanging away from the bodice in little dangly teardrops. The bodice is fully boned for support as the dress is strapless. The dress has a metal zipper up the back that has a hook and eye at the top to secure it. It also has one at the waist seam to hide the zipper.

Condition:

The dress is in wonderful condition with only minimal flaws. One is that the dress does have belt loops attached to it which indicates that it most likely would have had a matching belt that is no more. I don't think the dress needs one, but would also look great with a rhinestone-encrusted belt. The other small flaw is that there are a few rhinestones missing from the dress. These are only noticeable upon closer inspection. If I can find some matching ones I will replace them. ( I will update this if I find some. They are hard to come by in the exact size and color). The dress has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
