Professional construction from the Milgrim label, done in a semi-lustrous navy blue straw. The hat is styled as a half hat, featuring a red, green, and blue madras plaid taffeta ribbon. The ribbon covers the crown of the hat and tails out to the side. The surface of the hat also features unique straw peaks. The intended fit is as shown at the back top crown of the head with the elastic securing strap worn around the back of the had or under the hair to help secure proper placement.

Condition is listed as very good plus. Some general notes of handling and age to the surface of the straw and minor mussing to the ribbon - none of which deters from gorgeous presentation, noted entirely for full disclosure. A great hat for unique vintage styling.
