Vintage carryall known as a minaudiere. Goldtone body with front and back madreperla with a side attached mesh wrist band. This style is called a wristlet.
Inside are several compartments. One is a powder compartment with the hinged door, a flip mirror which would have held cigarettes behind, a cutout for lipstick, an open compartment that holds a pouch with a little comb. Underneath the pouch is a printed tag that says Secret Compartment Lift Here with an arrow. You can lift the powder case and there is another small empty compartment.

This appears to be unused. I would call it mint condition. The only issue is some spots of tarnish on the mesh handle. The powder compartment is empty of any powder.

Measures 5 1/4 x 3 x 3/4 inches. Mesh handle is 5 3/4 inches.
