Very unusual set. A faux leopard fur cone hat. Matching neckpiece. Has no hooks or snaps or anything. I believe it's to add to a coat or jacket. You can always sew it on yourself. Or wear loose. Attached original tags. It reads Kilimanjaro another exciting pile fabric created by Sidney Blumenthal.
