1950’s Mexican hand-painted style novelty print circle skirt. Crisp white cotton fabric with a band playing instruments. Gorgeous colors of yellow, turquoise, and hot pink. Closes in back with two hook and eyes. Ties wrap around the front to make a bow. Lovely full circle. Great condition. No tags present.
