Delightful Vintage 50s Metallic Striped Party Dress - Stripes are gold and silver metallic. Black velvet buttons and side metal zipper. Pockets. Taffeta type material.
Matching black velvet Dame belt, marked 30. No size tag, fits like modern S/M, see measurements for fit: 37" bust, 28" waist, free hips, 16" bodice, 45" long, no shoulder seam.
FLAWS: The stripes are thinned from wear at underarm area on back of dress, probably from movement/swinging arms (see two closeup photos). A couple pin size holes on side above the back waist (right side of closeup photo). Velvet on belt buckle has mild wear and one hole on belt is more worn than others. (closeup photo)
