If the fit is right, this amazing dark midnight blue (or navy blue🙄) lace dress is an option. Norman Original from the 50s, silhouette a true "mermaid" fit and flare: low waist, low tulle skirt. Lined with navy blue taffeta in the body, long tapered sleeves are sheer. Wrists come to elegant points! Very wide scoop neckline is ruched tulle that gives an off shoulder look. Belt loops, no belt. Find belt or remove loops? Back metal zipper in MIDDLE of the back, so this was too small to slip on mannequin! PLEASE NOTE sleeve measurements, sleeves are very tapered. This is flawless but sleeves are really slim. So if you have skinny arms, good for you. Or you can remove the sleeves.
