1950s dress of grey blue lace over a powder blue lining and attached crinoline.  Powder blue satin collar and cuffs and laced covered buttons down the front.  This dress is quite stunning in person and the construction is just lovely.  Princess seams shape the bodice and the lining beneath has a sweetheart shape and front dips below at back leaving the shoulder area sheer.  The crinoline has two ties to close at waist front beneath the buttons.  Excellent condition, I didn't note any issues.  It was a little too tight on the form at 24. 5" which is what's causing the wrinkle at the waist.  There is a Lord and Taylor label and there is an extra piece of matching ribbon that was pinned inside the dress.  Measure like an xs:
 Bust: 32. 5" flat, but actually fits a little larger, up to about 34"
Waist: 24. 5" flat, it was too tight on the form who is 24. 5" but the form has no give.  Recommended for 24" but will probably fit a hair larger
Hip: Free
Waist length: no waist seam but about 14. 5" from shoulder to narrowest part of the waist
Length: 43. 5"
Sleeve: no shoulder seam so measuring from under the arm to sleeve hem~16"
