TULIP Perfection. Absolutely incredible 1950’s Jonny Herbert inky black cold rayon and voluminous taffeta tulip skirt party dress with low back. She has structure & volume, and is one of the most incredibly designed pieces I have seen. From the gathering at the waist, the low back, the bustle closures & all the layers underneath, she is a masterpiece.

Most of the hem is draped and held internally in place by safety pins. Does not at all effect wear, but could also be stitched down I suppose if desired. I think the point of the pins is to move the petals and adjust their volume as you want, mega bonus imo, cause she has so much volume and is fun to play with!
Excellent condition (I found one tiny pinhole in taffeta layers, does not effect wear)
