50s Handpainted Blue Colorful Farmer Animal Tie Waist Mexican Circle Skirt

Gorgeous skirt but sadly has many stains/discoloration spots. Structurally the skirt is in good condition but needs a lot of spot treatment/soaking. Some darker stains on the waist band and lighter stains throughout.
