Beautiful, handmade, fit and flare dress in a sky blue horizonal stripe. The original owner was a very talented seamstress who made many of her dresses. Surplice front with a unique and comfortable design that creates a beautiful and structured silhouette. Made of a polished cotton and lined with a contrasting cotton. Zip back with metal zipper. Can be worn without a crinoline or with for extra fullness. Hem allowance for lengthening.

Very good vintage condition. The lining has some discoloration from storage. The zipper looks new, however, if it is it is true to the era.
