Beautiful vintage 50s charcoal gray pullover sweater by collectible designer Pringle of Scotland.

Lightweight cashmere sweater with a round neckline and short sleeves.

Ribbed neckline and sleeve ends. The sweater bottom features 3-7/8" wide ribbing,

Pringle sweaters are "full-fashioned" meaning they were knitted into shape, rather than being cut and sewn from a flat piece of knit fabric.

Cropped 50's length. The sweater is unlined.

DESIGNER LABEL: Pringle for Bonwit Teller New York / Made in Hawick Scotland

CONDITION: Very Good - No pills, stains, odors, discoloration, fading, rips, holes, tears, or other issues.

There only thing is two old 1/4" diameter repairs - one on the back ribbing towards the left side, and the other is on the center front 4" below the neckline. These repairs are very well done and not noticeable at all.

Gently worn and very well cared for. Freshly cleaned and ready to wear.

SIZING: Tagged a vintage size 34. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size Extra Small (XS).
