True to the modernist aesthetic, Bugbee & Niles (B&N) married geometric art deco Venus-reminiscent clamshell shapes with bright gold and colorful pink and blue stones in this necklace and earring set.

Detailed measurements:

Length - 15.5 inches. It circles the base of the throat and fits snug. Please measure as it may be uncomfortable on larger necks. The clamshell decorations are 4" wide and 1.5" from top to bottom of the drop. The earrings are .75" by .75" and the screw posts are secure.

This set is sassy and bubbly–like apple martinis.

The woman who loves her bedroom slippers with kitten heels and feather pom-poms would love this set. It's frothy Mad Men jewelry. My research hasn't turned up a matching brooch or bracelet, but this designer did make similar fruit salad sets that would include more pieces so while I want to say it's a demi-parure, it could be incomplete.

As with most B&N sets you'll find the rhinestone shades of blue and pink mismatched. The set is in good vintage condition. Please see photos for details as there are some imperfections–some light scuff spots that while they don't show up when wearing, can be seen under close inspection and bright lighting. I will not send out anything that I myself wouldn't want to wear, or gift, and consider quality jewelry.
