Professional construction for the Frost Bros department store label. The hat is fashioned from a soft body, gold acetate satin foundation and heavily detailed in French gold wire bullion embroidery and beadwork. The intricate work on this piece is exceptional, all hand detailed in layers and with a starburst/floral motif. Scattered throughout with small gold faux pearls and red and green seed beads. The hat is styled as a toque with an intended fit that can be as shown or slightly more pert/perched at the rear crown of the head.

There are small attached combs hidden at the interior edge that can be secured into the hair to assist with proper placement. Hair or hat pins may also be used to further secure and enduring fit. Condition is listed as very good plus. Presentation is perfect with some very general notes of handling, a fray of gold wire thread, here or there - used without very close inspection - unseen upon presentation. A gorgeous and truly unique hat with so much styling potential!
