NO size tag - not certain of size - toddler? Or size 5 ish? The dress measures: 10" across at the chest/ 12" across at the waist/11. 5" across the shoulders/ 23" total length
The top: 12. 5" across at the chest/ 8" across at the elastic waist stretches to 11"/10. 5" across the shoulders/ 11" total length
Flaws: marker tip size hole in underside of sleeve by white trim. the center chest of pinafore has stitch down center - a repair? It is frayed at the very top of the stitch.
