1950 Tiered ruffle petticoat by Hoops! My Dear. Full length, sturdy white cotton with tiny lace trim. Could easily be worn as a fun summer skirt, it is not sheer. Small rip near the button closure and a small stain, see photos for details. Marked size is 10, but please see measurements. Fits like a Extra Small or Small.
