Vintage 50's full/a-line knee length coat with 3/4 length raglan sleeves, pockets, fully lined in satin, no shoulder pads, no tags but feels like wool tweed and I believe the collar is fox fur. Collar is tacked on. Oversized buttons. Missing topmost button, one tiny stain on cuff and repair to lining. Since the collar covers majority of the neckline you could stitch the button hole closed and utilize a hook and bar to keep the top closed.
