1950s cotton floral blouse. A sweet ruffle around the neck, down the button placket and around the cuffs of the sleeves. Nips in at the waist with waist darts. Buttons down the front.

Clear buttons down the front except the bottom button is solid white, as found. The buttons end 8" from the hem. This is because blouses were worn tucked in to high waist skirts or slacks of the time. Blouse has been gently hand washed and pressed.
