"Flare Knit: The Flare that Flatters"—this was the tagline copyrighted by Lass O’Scotland to describe the skirt you see on today’s knit dress. Lass O’ Scotland made knitted sweaters, dresses and sets from 1943 until about the early 1960s; the flare knit line was made from about '52-'55.

Bust - 32-38 inches
Waist - 24-28 inches
Waist to hem - 17.5 inches
Hip - 34-40 inches
Skirt length - 30.5 inches

Condition:
Overall pretty good vintage condition. There are a few significant holes; in the front of the skirt, at the back of the waistband and in the lower rear of the skirt. No stains or marks I could find.
