Ellinger's Agatized Wood began after the original owners Walt & Hubert Ellinger were traveling in Germany and saw wood dishware being manufactured via compression molding. This inspired them to design American made durable, waterproof, lightweight, and dishwasher safe wood bowls and tablewares, suitable for both hot or cold foods. Their special designs are famous for durability and are made to last! This classic set of Americana history and ingenuity includes 1 large bowl and 6 medium sized serving bowls...perfect for serving salads, fruit, dessert, or your special recipe to guests (MCM style of course!). They are a light brown, taupe color and have a really interesting texture, almost appearing as leather rather than wood. The undersides are marked "Ellingers Agatized Wood Inc Sheboygen, WIS" and are numbered.

Condition:
Good vintage condition with minor signs of ware consistent with age.
