Gorgeous sand taupe nylon chiffon and embellished floral guipure lace party dress. Circa 1950s.

Classic 50s New Look party dress with a fitted bodice, nipped waist and full flaring skirt.

The fitted bodice is taupe satin with a sweetheart neckline and square back. Boned at the front and front neckline for a flattering fit.

Exquisite floral guipure lace overlay extends slightly over the shoulders and is embellished with prong set rhinestones and faux pearls. The lace is embellished with scalloped edging around the neckline and armholes.

Ruched nylon chiffon cummerbund below the guipure lace.

Nipped waist and triple layer full gathered skirt - the inner layer is tulle net, the middle layer is the same satin as the bodice, and the outer layer is the same nylon chiffon as the cummerbund.

Does up the left side seam with a 14" long metal zipper. The guipure lace overlay fastens with three metal snaps over the zipper.

I'm 5'4" and this comes to the top of my ankles. It may be shorter or longer on you depending on your height.

CONDITION: Excellent - No odors, discoloration, fading, snags, picks, holes, stains, rips, or missing or discolored faux pearls or rhinestones.

The only thing is some very minor discoloration at the inside bodice which does not show on the outside.

SIZING: No size tags. Based on the measurements below, I'd say this would best fit a modern size XS to S depending on how you like your fit. For a perfect fit, please compare this to a garment already in your wardrobe that fits as you desire.
